1ST ADVANTAGE REAL ESTATE provides real estate services for the Grand Rapids and Northern Minnesota areas, specializing in residential, commercial, lake homes, vacant land, waterfront and all recreational real estate transactions. Centrally located in the old JC Penny’s building connected to the Central Square Mall.
The Advantage model was and is the pioneer for providing an alternative to the dated 6% commission structure, something that had virtually gone uncontested for years in a market monopolized by traditional brokerage firms.
